These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hotshot Collection website and your purchase of products and services from us. Hotshot Collection is operated by Hotshot Mall Inc.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service from Hotshot Collection, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms disclosed on the applicable product page.

1. About Hotshot Collection

Hotshot Collection is an online retailer offering carefully selected products from multiple manufacturers, brands, suppliers, and fulfillment partners.

Certain products may be shipped directly to customers by the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or other fulfillment partner rather than from a Hotshot Collection facility.

Product-specific terms concerning shipping, returns, warranties, cancellations, installation, delivery, or other matters may apply. When clearly disclosed on a product page, those product-specific terms form part of your purchase terms.

2. Eligibility

Shipping, freight, white-glove delivery, installation, taxes, and other applicable charges may be included in the advertised price or charged separately depending on the product and delivery destination.

5. Orders

Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance or supplier confirmation.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, product availability, address verification, supplier confirmation, and other reasonable verification procedures.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, supplier restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured and no substitute arrangement is accepted, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Supplier-Direct Orders

Certain Hotshot Collection products are fulfilled directly by third-party manufacturers or suppliers.

For these products, Hotshot Collection may transmit the customer's name, shipping address, telephone number, product selection, and other information reasonably necessary to fulfill the order.

Supplier-direct products may be subject to additional supplier-specific shipping, cancellation, return, warranty, or delivery requirements disclosed on the product page or elsewhere before purchase.

7. TruComfort Products

TruComfort products offered by Hotshot Collection are supplier-direct specialty products.

When stated on the applicable product page, standard curbside delivery within the Continental United States is included in the advertised price.

Once a TruComfort order has been confirmed with the supplier, the purchase is final and is not eligible for a standard return or exchange, subject to applicable law and any qualifying damage, defect, warranty, or replacement rights.

Customers should carefully review product specifications, dimensions, delivery requirements, warranty information, and purchase terms before ordering.

8. Payment

Customers authorize Hotshot Collection and its payment processors to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the amount shown in connection with the order.

Payment authorization or capture does not override product availability, fraud screening, supplier confirmation, or other legitimate order-verification requirements.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify a high-value transaction before submitting the order for fulfillment.

9. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

To protect customers and Hotshot Collection, high-value or unusual transactions may receive additional review.

We may contact the purchaser to verify information before fulfillment. An order may be delayed or canceled when we cannot reasonably verify a transaction or when fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and any additional terms disclosed on the applicable product page.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Oversized and freight-delivered merchandise may require customer participation in scheduling and receiving delivery.

Curbside delivery does not include interior placement, assembly, installation, stair navigation, packaging removal, or removal of an existing product unless specifically stated or separately purchased.

11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable product-specific terms disclosed before purchase.

Some specialty, supplier-direct, custom, oversized, personal-care, or other identified products may be final sale.

Customers should review the applicable product page before purchasing.

12. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers should inspect merchandise promptly after delivery and report damage, defects, missing components, or incorrect merchandise as described in our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

For freight deliveries, customers should document visible shipping damage whenever reasonably possible and retain packaging and delivery documentation while a claim is reviewed.

13. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products include warranties provided by their manufacturer or another warranty provider.

Unless Hotshot Collection expressly provides a separate written warranty, manufacturer warranties are provided and administered according to the manufacturer's applicable terms.

Hotshot Collection may assist customers in communicating with a supplier or manufacturer, but doing so does not expand the manufacturer's warranty or create a separate Hotshot Collection warranty.
