RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Hotshot Collection is committed to providing clear information about returns, cancellations, damaged merchandise, and refunds before you make a purchase. Hotshot Collection is operated by Hotshot Mall Inc.
Because we offer products from multiple manufacturers and suppliers, return and cancellation terms may vary by product. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier and may be subject to product-specific return, cancellation, warranty, or final-sale terms.
Please review the product page carefully before placing your order. Product-specific terms disclosed on the product page apply to that product and may differ from the general policy below.
General Returns
For products that are eligible for return and do not have different product-specific terms, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product generally must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, components, and other materials originally provided.
A return must be authorized before merchandise is sent back. Merchandise returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Approval of a return request is not the same as approval of a refund. Returned merchandise may be inspected before a refund is issued.
Supplier-Direct, Oversized and Specialty Products
Certain products sold by Hotshot Collection are specialty, oversized, freight-delivered, made-to-order, or shipped directly by a manufacturer or supplier. These products may have more restrictive return and cancellation terms, including final-sale policies.
When a product page identifies an item as final sale once the order has been confirmed with the supplier, the order cannot ordinarily be canceled or returned after supplier confirmation except where required by applicable law or where an applicable damage, defect, warranty, or other disclosed exception applies.
Please carefully review product dimensions, specifications, delivery requirements, return terms, and warranty information before ordering high-value or oversized merchandise.
TruComfort Products
TruComfort products are supplier-direct specialty products. Once a TruComfort order has been confirmed with the supplier, the sale is final and the product is not eligible for a standard return or exchange.
Products received with a qualifying defect or other covered issue are subject to review under the applicable TruComfort warranty and replacement procedures.
This final-sale provision does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Order Cancellations
Contact Hotshot Collection as soon as possible if you need to request cancellation of an order.
We cannot guarantee cancellation. Supplier-direct orders may be transmitted to the supplier for processing shortly after the order is placed. Once an order has been confirmed or entered into fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact Hotshot Collection promptly at support@hotshotmall.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video when appropriate.
For freight or oversized deliveries, visible damage should also be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery whenever reasonably possible. Please retain the product, packaging, shipping materials, and documentation while the issue is being reviewed.
Depending on the product and supplier, Hotshot Collection may coordinate the matter with the manufacturer, supplier, carrier, or warranty provider. Available remedies will depend on the circumstances and applicable product, supplier, warranty, and legal requirements.
Non-Returnable Products
In addition to products specifically identified as final sale, certain categories may be non-returnable for health, safety, customization, regulatory, or other reasons. These may include personalized or custom-made products, opened personal-care products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and other products identified as non-returnable on their product pages.
Contact us before purchasing if you are uncertain whether a particular product is returnable.
Return Shipping and Freight Charges
Return-shipping responsibility and costs vary by product and reason for return. Do not ship merchandise back until you have received return authorization and instructions.
Original shipping, freight, white-glove delivery, installation, return freight, handling, or other service charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law and as disclosed in the applicable product or supplier terms.
Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on the product and supplier. Final-sale products are not eligible for standard exchanges unless an applicable defect, warranty, replacement, or legal right provides otherwise.
Refunds
If a return or refund is approved, Hotshot Collection will provide instructions regarding the next steps.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment provider, and other financial institutions involved.
Shipping, freight, installation, white-glove delivery, handling, or other service charges may not be refundable where applicable.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage is separate from a standard return right. Warranty terms, coverage periods, exclusions, and claim procedures are determined by the applicable manufacturer or warranty provider.
Hotshot Collection may assist customers in connecting with the appropriate manufacturer or supplier when warranty service is required.
